This job represented a career promotion. Duties included overseeing the placement of infrastructure for 13 large scale community developments, management of contractor relationships, and maintenance of City processes. This job required the ability to identify critical path issues and resolve them expeditiously. Skills obtained included team leadership, implementation of project goals, oversight of civil engineering documents, preparation and maintenance to budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising dry utility, water, roadway, sewer, drainage construction, site  inspections, project progress reporting, consult contract management and risk management. 
Included with this experience were meetings with city staff, planning commissioners, city council and the ability to identify
and negotiate project issues.
 

1996 – 2001 Pulte Homes, Phoenix, AZ

Construction Superintendent & Customer Relations Manager

Managed all functions of a job site as it related to home construction.
Responsibilities included the management and construction of multiple homes from foundation through closing.
As well, duties included management of assistant superintendents and subcontractors to ensure homes were completed on
schedule and on budget.
All of this work was completed while maximizing company profits and maintaining required excellence.
