Service and Rates
In general, a scope of work will be established on a property-by-property basis. The process for creating each site’s specific scope of work includes a site inspection, review of existing property documentation, staff interviews, and a visit to local municipalities to search the public property records. This effort is completed over a two-week period.

Development Consulting:

Construction Management:
